You summed it all up very nicely. Why so many people experience such massive brain-burps whenever they get chain letters and allow themselves to be sucked in by them is something I just don't understand. They question everything else that's personally written by other netizens, but apparently a whole lot of people become incapable of doubting anything in a chain letter.
