A Really Easy Way To Lose Your Facebook Account…

coffee1.jpgSick of hanging out with friends on Facebook? Here is an easy way that you can get yourself kicked off the site either for a short time, or permanently!

This is method is similar to one of 3 Easy Steps to Getting Kicked Off… that I wrote about the other day!

Just come up with a great offer, and post it in an unchanged form in any group that you are a member of. Then take the same message, unaltered in any way, and send it out in a message to all of your friends on face book!

Advertising on Facebook is a great way to get your message out, if done the right way.

The right way, according to the terms and conditions, is through Facebook, or their agencies.

Advertise in groups, and/or send unsolicited messages to others via their wall, or their inbox, and you will very likely end up in strife - and have your account suspended.

I can understand the excitement of having a great product, and wanting to get the word out about it, but there are ways to do it without breaking the rules. And let’s be fair, it is Facebooks show, and they have the right to set the rules!

I don’t know about you, but I really enjoy Facebook, and the opportunity that it gives me to get to know people from around the world. I value the friends that I have there. My friends on Facebook could be divided into two networks - one made up of family and friends, as well as on consisting of business associates.

So, some friends are business associates, and some aren’t. This means that I need to be careful where and how I communicate about different topics.

Offline, I have a number of friends who are in business, and I can tell you that if we are in a social environment, and someone comes the hard sell, they will soon be put in their place.

On the other hand, at one barbecue that I attended, the host pointed to a large stump in his back yard, and mentioned that he needed to get rid of it. My cousin had a stump grinder and offered to come around the next week and remove it, they made an agreement about time and price, and then the conversation moved on…

There is a difference between answering some one’s question, or filling a need, and advertising a product or service in an unsolicited manner.

Answering a question suggests that you are there to help the other person. Advertising a product or service shows that you are looking out for yourself…
