Sunday Memes July 05 2015

I’ve enjoyed creating and publishing memes this week.

I’ve made most of them them all from scratch, and it has been an interesting experience, both in the making of them, and seeing them shared across different platforms.

While it started as an experiment, it is something that I will endeavor to do as often as possible.

Ignorance is dangerous

Do you want to create your own memes?

You can choose to create funny memes, or use quotes, as I have.

When choosing images, I find it easier to use my own, or get them from a site such as Pixabay where they come royalty free.

If you buy images from sites online, always make sure that the licensing details are clear, and that you have rights to use them.

Forgiveness is ongoing

I’ve nearly posted a couple of images that I thought were clear in the past, but I decided to check them, and sure enough, the seller didn’t have the rights to them.

When using quotes, always do a quick check online to make sure of who first made the quote, and credit them for it, even if they are no longer around.

So I need a meme generator?

While there are several meme generators online, you can use any photo software such as Photoshop, or Paint Shop Pro.

If you don’t own either of these, there are online alternatives such as Sumo Paint.

The truth always wins.

Have a great week!
