Changes At Coffee With Allan
When I started this blog, I was unsure of exactly what to write about, so against the wisdom of many at the time, I registered my own name as the domain name, and about wrote lots of things that I was interested in.
This has worked, though I have noticed that some categories are more popular than others, and that people who visit my history posts may not necessarily want to read what I have to say about social media.
I’m in the midst of setting up a couple of other blogs at present, and changing the direction of another.
More news about this shortly…
Please accept my apologies…
I haven’t updated my blog much this week. It seems that as our kids grow, the demands on our time seem to become more intense.
Along with that, I received news of the death of a friend in Queensland late last week, as well as that of a prominent Australian on the weekend.
Somehow it all compounded, and put the skids on my creativity.
I’m getting stuck into it again now though, and am looking forward to interacting with everyone, as well as instituting the changes that I have mentioned.
I think it is a good thing that you are growing and evolving as a blogger. My first blog started as one thing, but totally changed to something else within a year.
I look forward to seeing your new blogs and the directions you go with all of them.
Looking forward to what you have in store. Just added your RSS feed!
Hey Connie,
Thanks for dropping by.
The worst thing about reorganizing is that I keep coming up with new ideas, which feeds my inbuilt and perfectly developed perfectionist streak – and so it tends to take longer than it should!
That’s not to mention the time that this place takes out of my schedule… 😀

Creating niche blogs to accommodate your interests is a brilliant idea. Will you be creating a niche blog about writing??? I’ll RSS for THAT one for sure. *grins*

Wonders what all this fuss is about Plurk. ;)I mean, it’s not really addictive…I can quit any time I want…I can, honest…I can just walk away. Uh, you know what, forget this, I need to go plurk about it! :)Teegs last blog post..How to get the most from your Adwords GeoTargeting
