Two Different Types Of Social Networking Sites

Our DoingsOurDoings.com is yet another twist on blogging, and microblogging as well.

With a smooth sign up process, an easy to use photo uploader and simple publishing process, this site could be a winner.

Mind you, that has been said before about different sites, and they’re gone.

Two that spring to mind are Pownce, which many preferred over Twitter because it was more attractive, and Rejaw, which is closing down today.

As with any site, the users will decide what works and what doesn’t.

Find VirtualFindVirtual.com is a different form of social networking again, offering networking opportunities for those working from home to meet on line, collaborate and promote themselves.

I can see a website like this with a definite niche lasting, simply because it has a purpose in life.

No where near as simple as ‘OurDoings’, but well worth a visit.

I’d recommend both these sites, one for it’s ability to bring professionals together, and the other because of the simplicity of use in allowing people to publish their thoughts, and photos.

Of course, both these sites do far more than mentioned here, and this post is in no way meant to be an exhaustive review.

Try them out and let me know what features I’ve missed!

What do you think? Are these sites winners?

Have you found other social sites that you would like to see reviewed here?
