Clipmarks Go Together With Magnolia And Delicious
I’ve just renewed my acquaintance with Clipmarks, and have been having fun exploring the site!
Clipmarks allows you to share any piece of media you find on the web.
It’s just like using scissors for web pages, because you’re able to capture specific content that you might like to share with others! In fact, using Clipmarks is almost as easy as using scissors!
Once you’ve clipped something, you can share it anywhere on the web!
You can share material on Facebook, websites, by email or on clipmarks.com.
Content that you clip can be share publicly, with your network, or privately.
Widgets are available for both Firefox and Internet Explorer, and members are able to create a ‘Clipcast’.
A ClipCast is a portable player for clips which you can use on Facebook, MySpace and your blog!
In fact, it seems that it can be used anywhere that you may want to share your clips.
For a list of blogs supported by Clipmarks, and for answers to other questions that you may have about this service, you can access the FAQ’s here!
Clip and Book Mark At The Same Time!
One of the great things about this service is that you can ‘Clip’ and Bookmark at the same time!
Del.icio.us and Ma.gnolia are both supported at the moment.
Using these bookmarking services is as simple as adding your account information.
Combining of services shows a degree of innovation, and is a change from a lot of the ‘me too’ picture that I sometimes get of social bookmarking.
In an increasingly crowded market for social networking and bookmarking sites, innovation and individuality are necessary to gain market share!
