Are You Using This Application On Facebook?

CoinjarsSince Facebook opened up to ‘outside’ application developers some time back, we seem to have had a deluge of new applications.

One of the best that I have found lately is Coinjars, which provides a means of online exchange.

Coinjars is a place where you can store digital cash – called “iCoins”.

All iCoins are secured and underwritten by a licensed eMoney operation called a Treasury.

The Treasury for Coinjars is Mintflow Limited in the Isle of Man.

iCoins can be transferred safely and easily between Facebook users.

They can also be used with merchants and payment providers who facilitate the purchase and redemption of iCoins.

This is a great extension of social networking.

Until now, I’ve mostly used Paypal in my online transactions.

This application enables me to make transactions on Facebook without leaving the site!

One of the people connected with the application sent me $10.00 with an invitation to join, and I can tell you that really got my attention.

I have spent the past week or so learning more about the application, and trying to find any negative feedback about it!

Happily, I have found none, and so am able to recommend it.

You can find out more about Coinjars and Icoins here!

in the comments section below will each receive $2.00!

This is a simple way of rewarding my readers, as well as being transparent.

I don’t accept payment for application reviews…

Simply go to the application on Facebook, try it out and make your comments below!

Feel free to add me as a friend on Facebook by clicking on my profile badge. I enjoy linking up with my blog visitors there along with friends from Stumbleupon, Twitter and Digg!

Please Note that I have no connection with Coinjars other than being a user of the application, and advise anyone considering this service to do their own due diligence before signing up and using it!

Using any service featured here is the choice of the user, and as such is their own responsibility.

I don’t claim to speak on behalf of, or for Facebook in any way, and have no connection with the website other than as a member!
