Using Google Hot Trends To Help Build Your Web Presence Pt Two
This is part two of a two part post. Part one is here!
Step three included a bit of tag testing. While the team at Google Labs have some great tools for bloggers and webmasters to use, it pays to experiment to get the right mix of keywords and search terms.
As I’m no search engine optimization guru, I have approached this project from the point of view of a complete novice, and am taking simple steps along the way.
While I usually love having an seo expert on hand, I need to learn more as Google algorithms often, constantly trying to weed out junk sites. Finding what works for me, and then getting help to improve, makes sense!
Adding good content without at least basic seo skills will leave you at the bottom pile, while using black hat techniques and poor content may cost you in the long run as well.
Note: I have no connection with Google, other than being a user of their services. Check their site for terms of service before taking advice from me, or anyone else.
I will try and do a weekly report here and on BzyBdy on this project.
