Another Simple Networking Tool From Facebook!

by Allan on November 27, 2007

Allan Cockerill's Facebook profileThe image on the left is my Facebook profile badge!

I find that it’s a handy tool that people can use to find me on Facebook.

Clicking the image takes you straight to my profile! Give it a whirl to test it out, and of course, while you’re there…

If you’re a member of Facebook, you can find your own badge by scrolling to the bottom of your Facebook Profile, just above the copyright link on the left!

Click the link to get your code!

I paste the link into my blog, and use it on my other websites as well.

It’s a very easy tool to use, and is handy for strengthening your network across different social networking platforms!

Why couldn’t you have posted this last week when I was trying to figure out how what a badge was and how to add it to my page? I’d still like to know how to add my tweets to my badge without it running off at the sides. Any idea?

Thanks so much for this powerful little tidbit.
Also, can you put the badge on ANY social networking site, ie, stumble and digg?

G’day Rosie,

I haven’t tried those sites, but it raises new possibilities if you can. I will have a go at it later and let you know.
