As an Australian with an interest in world affairs, I find the US electoral system at once intriguing, confusing, and exhilarating!

Living in Australia, it is fascinating to watch the process of selecting leaders in other countries.

The fact that it can be achieved by ballot, rather than bloodshed is something that we need to cherish.
