Using Your Facebook Profile To Add Friends

Today I’d like to feature a handy tool, the Facebook Profile badge!

I use it fairly extensively on my blog, as it makes it easier for my friends to find me on Facebook.

The tool features my photo and links directly to my profile.

It’s very handy, as it allows friends from Twitter, Stumbleupon, BlogCatalog and so on to link up with me.

You can also use it as a signature in emails and on forums.

There are a number of options that allow to choose what you want to display, including Skype or email addresses, website address and so on.

To create your own profile badge, scroll to the bottom of your profile page.

On the left there are two links to choose from, Profile Layout and Create A Profile Badge.

Click the link to create a badge, and you will have a number of choices to choose from, including the simple photo badge, a blog badge, or just a simple link!
