Ange is preparing herself for the physical, mental and emotional challenge of trekking the Kokoda Trail throgh the Owen Stanley Ranges in New Guinea.

Today, we join a group of Australian celebrities as they trek the Kokoda trail, made famous during World War 2 as Allied and Japanese forces battled for possession of the island of New Guinea, and control of the Pacific region.

During this, the second in this series of videos, one of the trekkers needs to be flown out after falling ill, while others battle fear, and self doubt.

Thousands of Australians, including many descendants of soldiers who fought against the Japanese in World War 2 have already made this trek.

Tomorrow, the casualty count among the trekkers rises, and the team flies three villagers from the Highlands to Port Moresby for medical treatment.
