The Value Of Good Customer Relations

Netspace IconOne of the things that most of Australia’s on line population hates is the high cost, and poor access to decent broadband services.

Australian ISP’s are hampered by the wholesale price that they need to pay, a cost that is a result of poor infrastructure planning by successive governments, and a lack of available bandwidth.

Some try to remain competitive by cutting margins to the bone.

This can in turn result in poor service.

These issues have been on my mind this week.

Following a surge in downloads last month, I was looking at upgrading to another plan, and found a great deal with another ISP.

My present provider, Netspace, came up with a great deal in order to keep me.

Having been with the company for a few years, I didn’t want to leave, and apparently, they didn’t want to lose me!

Remaining Competitive

Success in the present economic climate comes down to more than just great marketing and lower prices.

Companies that spend a fortune promoting their business need to stop their clients walking out the back door as quickly as they come in the front entrance!

The fact is that good customer service results in customer loyalty.

A company that listens to their customers, and tries to find a solution to their problems will keep them!

And in this instance, a get free plug for a great company.
